What are the steps I need to take with my insurance company?
First, call the claims office phone number on your insurance card and report your claim. Then call Fishers Collision Repair and we’ll handle the claim for you.

How do I get around town while my car is being serviced?
If you have rental coverage on your insurance policy, your insurance company can make a rental reservation on your behalf.  If you do not have rental coverage, we recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car 317.845.2923.

When I come to Fishers Collision Repair, what items do I need to bring?
Just bring your vehicle and your claim number from the insurance agency. We’ll take care of the rest for you!

I just got into an accident, what do I do?
If the vehicle is not drivable, have it towed directly to Fishers Collision Repair (Paddacks Towing: 317-896-3206). Call in your claim to your insurance company using the phone number on your insurance card. Fishers Collision Repair will handle the rest for you and provide a rental vehicle if needed.

Are the repairs to my car under warranty?
Fishers Collision Repair offers a lifetime limited warranty. Please call for more information about this program – 317.813.1310.
