First, call the claims office phone number on your insurance card and report your claim. Then call Fishers Collision Repair and we’ll handle the claim for you.

How do I get around town as my car is being serviced?
If you have rental coverage on your insurance policy, Fishers Collision Repair can provide a rental vehicle for you. If you do not have rental coverage, you can rent a vehicle for only $28.00/day (Enterprise Car Rental 317.845.2923; or Budget Car Rental 317.574.7754). If you are a claimant, which means another party was at fault, you qualify for a free rental services from Fishers Collision Repair.

When I come to Fishers Collision Repair, what items do I need to bring?
Just bring your vehicle and your claim number from the insurance agency. We’ll take care of the rest for you!

I just got into an accident, what do I do?
If the vehicle is not drivable, have it towed directly to Fishers Collision Repair (Home Run Towing: 317-577-8697 or Paddock’s Towing: 317-896-3206). Call in your claim to your insurance company using the phone number on your insurance card. Fishers Collision Repair will handle the rest for you and provide a rental vehicle if needed.
